Shipping and Returns Policy
If if your product is broken, damaged, unusable or not what was advertised on our website, you may return it within 30 days from the day you received your order from us. Please contact our us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the reason for the return. In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
- The goods were not used or damaged and are in a saleable condition
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Whole plant life limited is not responsible for return postage cost or items lost or undelivered on return.
It can take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them promptly. Refunds will automatically issue to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed and appear back in your account. As soon as our team has processed your return we will email you to let you know.

You have the right to cancel your order you have made within 14 days (starting from the day you received your order from us). If you wish to do so, you must inform us of your decision to firstname.lastname@example.org
You must send the goods back to us promptly in accordance with the returns policy being that they must be received by us by no more than 30days from your receipt of goods.

Processing & Shipment time
Your order will be processed and dispatched from our Dublin office within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays.
If we are experiencing abnormally high volume of orders, processing of orders may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping times is dependent on your location. Typical shipping times will vary from 1 to 5 business days.
We ship using An Post.
Any duty, import, or general taxes or fees for sending our product to a country outside of the EU will be passed to the consumer, we are not responsible for these extra charges.
Shipping times may be delayed during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas as a result of increased demand placed on our shipping provider.
